ABOUT REDCURRANT SOCIAL

Redcurrants are tiny ruby jewels bursting with delicious zingy flavour, fresh from the bush. They're precious because the season is so short, and they rank as one of the finest treasures in my garden.

That's what social media is like. Every now and again you come across a treasure of a tip which really makes life better or easier for you, whether that's on how to use social media more effectively or how to grow the best redcurrants!

And that's what I want to bring to you - social media treasure, that enables you to spend less time worrying about what works on social and more time growing your business.

I'm a trained Social Media Marketer and have continued my learning ever since because social media doesn't stand still. My dog walks have turned into CPD hours, I consume articles with my coffee and solo car journeys have become planning sessions.

I've worked for small businesses, start ups and international companies. I started my social media journey with a garden charity and it seemed like a great way to combine looking after kids and earning a living.

I know many women (and some men) have gone on to set up their own businesses after having children and I know how difficult, almost impossible making it work can seem.
